Credit/ Debit card:
Using certified leafing encryption
technology, your details will remain private and encrypted throughout the whole process. A secure shopping experience is a priority and a guarantee. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex card.
Tabby:
Tabby allows you to pay in 4 interest free payment installments. After placing your order, select the Tabby option and fill out your details at checkout. Available only in the UAE and KSA.
How do I use my promo or discount code?
You can use any promo code
or discount code at check out, your discount will be automatically applied.
Can I pay in installments?
We offer local payment method with
Tabby in installments, without any interest or fees. Tabby is available in the UAE and KSA. You can select this payment methods at checkout.

Local delivery in UAE:
Express delivery, 1-2 business days: FREE
International delivery:
Express delivery within 3-5 working days : 50 AED
How can I change my delivery address?
If you would like to change your

How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Airway bill number we will send you via e-mail.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For all local deliveries in UAE, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. For all international
deliveries, you will receive your order within 5 to 7 working days.
Returns
What is Mirela's return policy?
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery. We only accept return of items unworn, with hangtags on, and in their original poly bag the items were shipped with. We will issue a return within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the merchandise. The refund takes 5-7 business days to reach out to you.
Please not that we do not accept merchandise exchange. Instead, kindly place a new order.
How can I return my order?
For returns, you can

and we will get back to you with the return instructions.
What is the return fee?
Returns are free of charge
locally and internationally within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we do not accept returns.
Can I return multiple orders at the same time?
You can only return an order at a
time. Each order needs to be processed separately.
Can I exchange an item?
Mirela does not accept
exchange. You would need to place another order in order to get a new items. Please contact us at contact@mirela-shop.com
How long does it take for refunds?
Refunds are issued within
48 hours of return upon quality inspection. Credit card refund can take up to 5-7 days.
What if my item is damaged?
Please contact our

To what extent is Mirela sustainable?
Mirela is produced locally in UAE using and sourcing local fabrics. All the collection are made locally reducing carbon emission in shipping and supporting local economy. Mirela is also a slow brand, meaning we don’t over produce and each collection is
produced at small quantities ensuring your pieces are unique.
How do I care about my Mirela purchase?
We always recommend to use dry cleaning for our items as we are using delicate silk and fabrics.
